"The Millerntor Gallery" is an art, music and culture festival, focussed on street art and organized by the non-profit organization "Viva con Agua" and the FC St Pauli, located at the Millerntor Stadion.
Event photography, work sample. Through the lens of my camera, I try to capture more than just moments; I immortalize narratives of resilience. From the strokes of street art adorning the walls to the subtle expressions etched on faces, reportage photography at Millerntor Gallery encapsulates the essence of a community in flux.
The Millerntor Gallery stands as a vibrant testament to the fusion of art and social change. Nestled in the heart of Hamburg, Germany, this unique art space transcends traditional gallery norms, serving as a platform for creative expression with a purpose. At its core lies a profound commitment to the mission of Viva con Agua (VcA), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to clean drinking water and sanitation worldwide.
Artists from diverse backgrounds converge here, their canvases becoming catalysts for dialogue and transformation. From striking murals to thought-provoking installations, the space pulsates with the energy of collective action

Viva con Agua's presence infuses every corner of the gallery. Founded in 2006 by former FC St. Pauli football player Benjamin Adrion, VcA began as a grassroots movement within the club's fan community. What started as a simple idea - raising funds for water projects through concerts and events - has since blossomed into a global movement spanning over 20 countries.
Beyond raising awareness, the gallery serves as a hub for fundraising initiatives, with proceeds from art sales and events directly supporting VcA's water projects around the world.
